Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics generally cannot be returned.
• Items damaged or received incorrectly should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund approval.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
